RETURNS BY MAIL
Hot Tools accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days from hottools.com. Please contact consumer services for assistance with a return or exchange of a Hot Tools hair tools product. Consumer services will provide you instructions and additional information to help you. Helen of Troy L.P. warrants to the original purchaser that this appliance is free from defects in workmanship for life from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, attempts at repair or the use of unauthorized attachments. If this appliance fails to operate properly under normal use within 30 days from purchase because of defect, simply return it to the place of purchase with proof of purchase for a no-charge replacement. If found defective after 30 days and within the warranty period, please contact our Consumer Service Department. The Consumer Service Department will provide instructions on how to exchange an item that is under warranty.

Should you wish to return a product purchased on Hottools.com, follow the steps below:
1. Call Hot Tools Consumer Service Department at 1-800-487-8769.
2. Provide your contact information, address, and Order Number (found on the packing slip in your original shipment) and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return.
3. Consumer Service will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
4. Carefully pack the items in a shipping box.
5. Do not forget to INCLUDE THE RECEIPT INSIDE THE SHIPPING BOX.
6. Print the shipping label provided by Consumer Service, affix it to the box and drop your package at the nearest UPS drop-off.
7. Please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment.
