Where do I buy your products?
You can purchase Hot Tool products on hottools.com, or at authorized retailers. For a list of authorized retailers, please contact Helen of Troy.
I purchased my Hot Tools product through a certified retailer, and it stopped working. What can I do?

Please first check with the retailer where the product was purchased. If your product is past the store’s return policy, contact Helen of Troy with a letter explaining the problem you experienced with your product and a copy of the receipt. Helen of Troy will only replace and honor product warranties for Hot Tools® products purchased through authorized resellers. Please contact us at 1-800-487-8769 for more information.

What is the warranty on my product?

Warranty periods vary by model number. The length of the warranty is stated on the product package. If the package is no longer available, please call our toll-free Consumer Services telephone number at 1-800-487-8769, Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.

Where can I find the model number on my product?
Model numbers are available on the product box or handle where the origin of production is listed.
How do I order an attachment for my hair dryer?

Hair dryer attachments are not available for all models. Please visit our products page to view the hair dryer attachments available for purchase. Please be sure to confirm the attachment is compatible with your model before purchasing.

How do I replace the spring on my curling iron?

Step-by-step instructions can be obtained via email or regular mail.  Please call our toll-free Consumer Services telephone number at 1-800-487-8769,  Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm MST.

How do I clean the lint filter?
We recommend unplugging the product and wiping the exterior with a damp cloth.
How long is the cord on my product?

Hot Tools cords are 6 ft., 8 ft., or 9 ft. long. Exact cord length is displayed on the product’s features and benefits and the packaging of your product.

Where is my tracking information on my order?
Tracking information is sent to the email associated with your account. If you purchased as a guest, the tracking information will be sent to the email given at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folders. If you have not received your tracking information, please reach out to Consumer Services at 1-800-487-8769, and they can assist you.
Do you accept returns?
Hot Tools accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased within 30 days from hottools.com. Please contact Consumer Services at 1-800-487-8769 for assistance with a return or exchange of a Hot Tools product. Consumer Services will provide you instructions and additional information.
